Palm Vista Bright Oasis

This renovation transformed the home’s kitchen and primary bathroom into bright, modern, and highly functional spaces. The project included selective demolition, plumbing and electrical updates, ceiling refinishing, drywall repairs, and new tile installation to support a clean, cohesive design. The kitchen now features full-height white shaker custom cabinetry, full height tiled backsplash, double islands with Pompeii Gan Eden Quartz with a 3.5” mitered edge, and integrated appliances. All these features create a polished, inviting centerpiece for everyday living and entertaining. Upstairs, the primary bath was redesigned as a spa-like sanctuary with large-format tile surrounding the entire room. A freestanding soaking tub, a spacious frameless glass shower, and dual backlit mirrors above a custom double vanity create contrast with the matte black finishes. This renovation blends thoughtful craftsmanship with clean, contemporary design resulting in a refined home tailored for comfort, beauty, and modern living.
